Your experience begins with a formal inquiry submitted through our contact form. This allows us to confirm availability and gather essential details about your wedding, vision, and expectations. Every inquiry receives thoughtful, personalized attention.
2. Brochure & Service Overview
Upon receiving your inquiry, we provide a comprehensive digital brochure outlining our collections, offerings, artistic approach, and starting investment. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what we provide and helps you determine whether our services align with your priorities and the level of artistry you expect for your wedding day.
3. Consultation Call
Next, we schedule a structured 30-minute consultation. During this call, we discuss your wedding plans, aesthetic preferences, timeline needs, and any unique considerations. This conversation allows us to ensure that we can fully meet and exceed your expectations while confirming that our approach aligns with your vision.
4. Booking & Securing Your Date
Once you are ready to move forward, we send a formal proposal, digital contract, and invoice. Your date becomes officially secured upon signing the agreement and submitting the 30% non-refundable retainer. This guarantees that our team is exclusively reserved for your wedding.
5. Engagement Session
Most of our collections include an engagement session, which serves as a meaningful introduction to our creative process. This session allows you to experience our direction and artistry firsthand while providing you with elegant, timeless portraits that celebrate the beginning of your journey to marriage. It also helps build comfort and rapport before the wedding day.
6. Timeline Planning & Preparation
As your wedding approaches, we collaborate closely with you and your planner, if applicable to finalize your photography and videography timeline. This includes family formals, key moments, location considerations, and any cultural or personal elements that require special attention. Our goal is to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated experience.
7. Wedding Day Coverage
On the wedding day, our team arrives fully prepared and professionally equipped. We document the celebration with intention, artistry, and discretion. From the most intimate moments to the most significant milestones, we capture the emotional and visual depth of your day in a manner that feels natural, unobtrusive, and refined.
8. Editing & Artistic Curation
Following your wedding, we begin the meticulous post-production process. Every selected image is individually edited, and every clip is thoughtfully curated, color-graded, and refined. Our editing process is dedicated to preserving authenticity, enhancing beauty, and ensuring that the final collection reflects the true essence of your wedding story.
9. Final Delivery
Your curated gallery and films are delivered through a secure online platform. From there, you may download, share, and preserve your images and videos. We also offer guidance and support for designing custom albums and heirloom prints to ensure your legacy is beautifully displayed for generations.

HOW DO YOU DELIVER YOUR IMAGES?
Your images are delivered through a high-resolution online gallery, giving you the freedom to download, share, and enjoy your photos with friends and family. The gallery also includes a built-in print store, allowing you to order beautifully crafted prints in a variety of sizes with ease.
DO YOU ONLY SHOOT WEDDINGS?
We also provide maternity, engagement, and corporate event photography.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, Caleb Peace Productions LLC is fully insured. We prioritize the safety and peace of mind of our clients, vendors, and venue partners. If required, we are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your venue or any event partners.
